I've now tried 9 hours or even more to install Aion with the NCLauncher. Always stops at 12% with another file in the text. Should I start the launcher again and again fo over 4000 times now.
The download keeps getting interrupted as it had failed to download some sort of file, even at the first level of download. Like for example, I keep getting errors like those, and my download is getting delayed (normally i should be able to download 6 GB within 4-5 hours, with my current speed, but its been nearly 6+ hours, and i haven't even When the launcher tries to download it, it simply stops and says it can't continue the entire process which is really stupid imo. Poor launcher design. Anyways, the files are all broken down into bits and pieces during the download process and then extracted into the proper folders in the client if things work properly. The download will continue from where it stopped and what was downloaded will not be lost. You might have to do it several times though. It's a small workaround that helped in some cases some time ago, I can't even remember when it was.No guarantee at all that it will work. I entered the game just as a test using the old bat file you guys provided, and the new npc is there. If any of you could tell me which port I need for the download, I could enable it on my router. maybe thats the problem. or the router firewall. there is no option to switch it off.. or some port forwarding program or something.
