I have two issues, first I cant play PC engine CD games, I put the SYSCARD3.PCE bios file with the roms and also in the bios folder but the games wont play, I tried both Japanese and American versions of this bios file. The best PC Engine emulator for the Wii is not HuGo-Wii or WiiEngine. It's actually the multi-system emulator known as WiiMednafen. -Wait for it to download and extract . -Rename it to syscard3.pce-Put it in the the WiiMednafen folder that was created at the root of your SD card when you installed WiiMednafen via the Homebrew Channel . Have tried this with a a Redump verified cue/bin on both RetroPie (current lr-beetle-pce-fast, with working syscard3.pce) and on mednafen on Windows 10 (with syscard3.pce in the root directory of mednafen.exe). I have run a series of tests on seek time for the PC Engine CD-ROM drive on my TurbDuo, which I will post separately in the forum.
Hudson Soft helped with designing the original PC Engine console (known as the TurboGrafx-16 in the US) back in the nineties and developed lots of exclusives for it.
