sounds like a bug with the mod. i have had this problem with other mods before, iirc it was because i was subbed to a collection but one of the items in it was removed from the work shop, so when it tried to update the mod it got stuck trying to find it. It seems to be stuck on "Downloading mods" forever. The first mod is only 1.1kb and it's not even downloading that :/ Edit: these mods come from a collection that I've literally watched a series on, so it can't be any sort of compatibility issue since I've seen someone playing with all of them. This is just a compolation of mods I'm gonna do for Space Engineers.
